Titled Buku Ayah (Father’s Journal), the story is about hopes and chasing dreams, be it your dream or the dream of others. As a father, Hamid had always dreamt of owning a home for his family, but as he aged, the dream started fading away. Determined to carry on with the dream was his youngest child, Hidayah. Alas, it wasn’t meant to be as Hidayah got married and moved away from the family. Now it is up to their wayward son, Hamzah to fulfill his father’s dreams. This is also a story of how far would you go to achieve your parents’ dream and just how much are you willing to sacrifice to make their wish come true.
