ada gempa bumi pagi neh di sumatera. semua kena kosongkan office di tm tower neh. yg aku benci tuh communication ngan safety alert mmg fail la. mula2 xde announcement, then ada announcement ckp suruh bertenang.

Mengikut laporan Jabatan Meteorologi Malaysia, Kementerian Sains, Teknologi dan Inovasi, satu gempa bumi kuat bermagnitud 6.8 skala richter telah berlaku pada pagi ini jam 7.49 pagi di Selatan Sumatera, Indonesia. Pusat gempa bumi tersebut terletak di latitud 3.0 selatan longitud 101.0 timur, 584 km dari barat daya Johor Bharu, Johor.

masa tu aku terus turun ke lobby, sekali tgk punya la ramai manusia dah ada kat lobby. then baru dia announce suruh turun.

hampeh je kan. hahahhhahahaah

mungkinkah ini dugaan pada hari pertama ummat islam berpuasa di malaysia?

ramai gak yg aku tengok sempat snap a few gambar2. aku pun apa lagi snap gak la gambar2 kan. hehehhehe

Indonesia Issues Another Tsunami Warning

JAKARTA, Sept 13 (Bernama) — A third tsunami warning was issued in Indonesia as a 7.7 magnitude aftershock struck the nation’s Sumatra island on Thursday, according to the meteorology.

camner la boleh jadi camni eh. seringkali sistem sedia ada yang telah digunakan disalahkan setiap kali sistem baru ingin diimplementasi. kekadang terfikir juga, kenapa tidak kita optimise sistem sedia ada dahulu. kemudian buat swot analysis then cost-benefit analysis sebelum embark dengan sistem yang baru. bukan murah tukar2 sistem ni dowh! 🙂

Why are star employees so hard to keep?

A SENIOR manager was complaining that no matter what they did, good people tended to leave the company after a few years. He was at his wits’ end.

To be fair, he is worth his salt as a leader of the team. He believes in keeping good people. But why are his “stars” leaving?

Ask any clever executive and he will give you a list of reasons why he will stay with a company and why he will walk away despite the remuneration package. The main problem lies with their immediate supervisors, who really have no clue about nurturing them and getting the best out of them.

they say dah terhantuk baru nak tergadah kan. all these while pun mmg semua bus drivers bawak laju giler esp waktu malam. tapi semua orang buat pekak je kan. sampai la dalam 20 dah mati last tragic bus accident.

then mula la macam2 cadangan datang kan.

ada plak yg cadangkan supaya guna train untuk long distance travel.
