“Server Busy” Pop-Up Dialogue Box At Start Up ?

got this dialogue box popped-up this morning

aku hanya boleh click switch to or retry je. cheh! tahi gajah betul lah. haha

then bila aku click switch to, keluar terus start-up program aku.

not sure whether it’s a genuine resources failure or a virus

aiyaaaa kenapa lah benda2 camni boleh masuk kat start up plak

aku check start up ok plak, dah takde apa2

sapa ada solution eh ?

aku tried google. hampeh takde concrete solution la
